About Sonya Kairos

While I have a strong background in business, marketing, and entrepreneurial endeavors, I have always felt my true life-purpose is to guide, assist, and help people to grow, heal, expand, and flourish through the act of supporting them with my unique spiritual talents and skills. Kairos means a moment in time. It is a time when the conditions are just right for the accomplishment of a crucial action. Another meaning of Kairos is “deep time”; the feeling where the world seems to stop entirely. It can be measured in deep exhales, a laugh, or by a colorful sunset. Every time I create something or work with someone, I am fully focused on and immersed in that moment in time. My goal is to help people live their best life. I have experienced many difficulties and challenges in my lifetime and have always found my strong faith and spiritual life to be what helps me most to overcome obstacles and to move on to my next chapter. I believe anything is possible with the right mindset, some gentle guidance, and a desire for expansion, growth, and change. My goal is to inspire, offer insight, provide resources, and to help people reach their full potential. It is not for me to take charge, rather I am here to support and guide as needed – everything you need is truly within and sometimes we just need a little assistance to connect with what our soul truly needs.
