Kairos
is a non-profit organization promoting spiritual growth and
healing.
Founded by the Reverend Doctor Alden Sproull,
Kairos is a unique center for spirituality. Kairos is not
a religion, but people from a variety of traditions benefit
from the spiritual programs at Kairos that are not available
at traditional religious institutions. Also, people who are
ready to embark on their individual spiritual journey who
are not part of any religious tradition can find guidance
at Kairos. Those who come into the process of spiritual direction
express a hunger for deeper understanding. The need for discernment
about personal issues in relationships, work, illness, and
struggles lead to the longing for something richer: a deeper
experience of God.
The Rev. Dr. Alden Sproull
has served as the Chaplain at Redlands Community Hospital
for 20 years. The practice of spirituality is the lens through
which he ministers as a hospital chaplain. Rev. Sproull has
worked in Comtemplative Spiritual Practices for 30 years,
and serves as the spiritual director for a growing number
of individuals in the area. He received a Doctorate in Christian
Spirituality with an emphasis in women's spirituality and
spiritual direction. Starting in September,
he will facilitate a Spiritual Exploration
class in Redlands. He also provides Spiritual
Direction for individuals through Kairos and for cancer
patients at Beaver Medical Group. Kairos is growing and will
be adding more spiritual directors in the future.

Kairos is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization
providing spiritual direction and programs in Southern California
that relies on individual contributions. Your donation will
help us expand these programs, provide scholarships or fund
research on spiritual practices. To
